DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT - Immediate Opening
Saving Grace, Inc. is looking for a ministry-minded individual to join our staff team as a full-time Director of Development. This individual will be responsible for The Director of Development will be responsible for cultivating outstanding relationships with existing and future supporters and managing donor relation strategies. In addition, the Director of Development will be responsible for enhancing the organization’s brand and actively nurturing the organization’s mission/values. A new position in the organization, the Director will have the opportunity to build the development function.
QUALIFICATIONS
The Director of Development will demonstrate/possess the following:

Bachelor's degree preferred
-
Previous fundraising or marketing experience required

Growing relationship with Christ and commitment to live out the core-values of Saving Grace personally and professionally

Passionate belief and engagement in the ministry of Saving Grace

Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills for the purpose of crafting effective messages that resonate with and motivate champions/donors.

Servant-leader with strong relational skills and the ability to establish long-lasting relationships with champions/donors.

Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work well independently.

Active team player and collaborator who recognizes the importance of “pitching in” to accomplish/celebrate mission success

Evening House Assistant (Part-Time) Immediate Opening
Saving Grace, Inc. is looking for a ministry-minded woman to provide respite/relief for the full-time House Manager. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and stable environment while also providing evening and overnight support to each resident per her needs. The Saving Grace home mirrors dormitory style living - with both private bedrooms & common areas.
TIME COMMITMENT INVOLVED

Approximately 20-30 hours per month;

On-duty overnight coverage one or two weekends each month
(Fri, Sat, Sun);

House Assistant must stay overnight each evening she is on-duty;

On-duty coverage as needed and arranged ahead of time.
Respite Resident Assistant (Part-Time) Immediate Opening
Saving Grace, Inc. is looking for a ministry-minded woman to provide respite for the full-time Resident Assistant. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and stable providing while also providing evening and overnight support to each resident per her needs. The Saving Grace home mirrors dormitory style living - with both private bedrooms & common areas - and shared responsibilities for its upkeep and cleanliness.
TIME COMMITMENT INVOLVED

Saving Grace, Inc. is looking for a ministry-minded woman to live on-site and provide oversight for the Saving Grace household. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a safe and stable environment while also providing evening and overnight support to each resident per her needs. The House Manager is a vital part of the team, particularly as it relates to the teaching and modeling of healthy life skills and "soft skills" - personal attributes that enable one to interact effectively within one's community. The Saving Grace home mirrors dormitory style living - with both private bedrooms & common areas - and shared responsibilities for its upkeep and cleanliness.
TIME COMMITMENT INVOLVED

Officer Manager (Full-Time) - Immediate Opening
Saving Grace, Inc. is looking for a ministry-minded individual to join our staff team as a full-time Office Manager. The Office Manager is often an applicant's and a community member's first introduction to Saving Grace, and we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a patient and compassionate spirit.
This individual will be responsible for managing various office-related tasks, coordinating the flow of in-kind donations through Saving Grace, and supporting the efforts of both volunteers and staff in carrying out the mission of Saving Grace.
